WATCH: Duterte, Ramos meet in Malacañang
Former President Fidel Ramos visited President Rodrigo Duterte in Malacañang on Monday, weeks after the former resigned as special envoy to China.
The meeting, held on Monday afternoon, was open only to the People’s Television Network (PTV) and Radio Television Malacañang (RTVM).

Ramos earlier criticized Duterte and his Cabinet in a series of columns for a Manila broadsheet. He called the Duterte leadership a “sinking ship.”
He criticized Duterte’s initial stance against ratifying the Paris Agreement on climate change, which limits the global temperature rise due to carbon emissions. However, Duterte recently announced that he would uphold the agreement after his Cabinet voted to support it. KS/JE/rga
