DID YOU KNOW: Gregorio del Pilar

Today, Nov. 14, is the 141st birth anniversary of Gregorio del Pilar, one of the youngest generals of the Philippine Revolution. He died during the Battle of Tirad Pass on Dec. 2, 1899. The flagship of the Philippine Navy is named after him. —Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
