/ 01:38 AM November 14, 2016

A man’s body stuffed inside a garbage bag was discovered in front of a mall in Manila at 5 a.m. on Sunday.

Homicide investigator SPO2 Charles Duran said the victim, around 38 to 43 years old and dressed in a blue shirt and blue shorts, had been stabbed repeatedly. His face was wrapped in packing tape while his mouth was gagged with a face towel.

A sign with the written message “Divisoria snatcher” was found beside the body dumped on Soler corner Reina Regente Streets. —AIE BALAGTAS SEE
