DID YOU KNOW: National Scientist Edgardo Gomez

Today, Nov. 7, is the 78th birthday of National Scientist Edgardo Gomez. A founding director of the Marine Science Institute at the University of the Philippines, he led pioneering research work on invertebrate zoology, coral reef science and assessment, and invertebrate aquaculture.
