THE e-Bloc Tower 2, the newest business process outsourcing (BPO) building in Asiatown IT Park, will help address the need for more office spaces in the area this year.
The new 16-story building, which was topped off on Friday, will offer 34,762 square meters of floor area for corporate clients, who can avail of any offices starting from the 7th floor up.
The P800-million building is expected to be completed in the third quarter of the year.
Francis Monera, president of Cebu Holdings Inc., said it took them some time to come up with the second tower after realizing the increased demand for working space of clients and tenants.
He said eBloc Tower 2 will still be the same setup as with the e-Bloc Tower 1, which is now the home building of the American firm JP Morgan and Chase Co.
“It is ought to be a BPO building, and we hope to have as more clients as possible to occupy it,” Monera said.
He said four floors were reserved already by clients.
He said just like eBloc 1, the ground floor area would be occupied by retail stores including restaurants and coffee shops for easy access to tenants.
