BAYOMBONG, Nueva Vizcaya — A tricycle driver was shot dead in Tuguegarao City while transporting passengers on Tuesday noon (Nov. 1), police said.
Rolly Hipolito was killed in Barangay (village) Capatan by motorcycle-riding gunmen as he drove his three passengers to the city center, said Supt. Jesus Tamayao, Tuguegarao police chief.
Hipolito was not on the police list of suspected drug users, Tamayao said. SFM/rga
