Nov. 3 to 10 – Pasungko Festival
The culture and traditions of the Subanen people, who are natives of the island of Mindanao, are showcased in this festival in Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental province.

Nov. 5 – Pintaflores Festival
St. Carlos Borromeo, the patron saint of San Carlos City in Negros Occidental province, is celebrated through street dancing by locals dressed in colorful costumes with their bodies painted with floral designs. This year’s festival ends with a fireworks display.

Cinco de Noviembre
A historical festival in Silay City, Negros Occidental, that remembers the Negrenses’ bloodless revolt against the Spaniards in 1898. Activities include parades, competitions and exhibits.
