5 arrested for drugging, robbing Canadian tourist

Five people were arrested and charged for allegedly drugging and robbing a Canadian tourist at a bar in Ermita, Manila, over the weekend.

Agnes Aguilar, Elma Matas, Michelle Valiente, Luciana Lopez and Merlinda Lopez were apprehended after they were positively identified by their victim, Joseph Drader.

The five reportedly drugged Drader before robbing him of $5,000 in cash on Oct. 21 after befriending him at Rizal Park. —AIE BALAGTAS SEE
