Man stabs 2 guest relations officers

A MAN was arrested after he stabbed two guest relations officers of a KTV bar in Lapu-Lapu City. Police said  one of the the man’s victims turned down his request to have sex with him in the bar’s rest room yesterday dawn.

Nestoni Gamos of Buaya, Lapu-Lapu City,  is  detained at the Lapu-Lapu police precinct.

P02 Winston Ybañez, homicide investigator of the Lapu-Lapu City Police Station, said Gamos was having a drinking session at the Golden Legs KTV Bar in barangay Pajo with  his three male friends at 2:30 a.m.

Gamos, 23, approached guest relations officer Marifel Lopez of Cabreros Street, Cebu City, and asked her to have sex with him inside the bar’s toilet.

But Lopez, 27, refused and the suspect got irked and stabbed her.

Gamos then ran outside the bar where he Chona Laurita Sumili, 18, another guest relations officer and for no apparent reason, stabbed her  below her right breast.

Tanods arrested Gamos while the women were brought to the Lapu-Lapu City District Hospital and later transferred to a hospital in Cebu City.

A fan knife was recovered from Gamos, who will be charged with frustrated homicide./correspondents jhunnex napallacan, norman mendoza
