#WalangPasok: List of class suspensions for Monday, Oct. 17

Various local government units have announced the suspension of classes on Monday, Oct. 17, due to bad weather caused by typhoon “Karen” (international name: Sarika).

“Karen” slightly weakened on Sunday morning as it crossed the rugged terrain of Central Luzon. It is expected to leave the Philippine Area of Responsibility on Monday morning.

Here’s a list of areas that suspended classes for tomorrow:

•Muntinlupa City—all levels, public and private
•Nueva Ecija—all levels, public and private
•Tarlac—preschool and elementary levels, public and private
•Pangasinan—all levels, public and private
•Masantol, Pampanga—all levels, public and private
•Malolos, Bulacan—preschool to high school, public and private. YG/RAM/rga
