Decapitated man found in Baguio City; head still missing
BAGUIO CITY—A beheaded man was found at a house in Upper Quezon Hill village here on Wednesday afternoon, (Oct. 12).
The police said the head of government driver Alfred Juquina, 49, has not been located. A cousin and a niece of the victim identified him.
Juquina served at the city environment and parks management office at the Baguio City Hall.
The police said the main door of Juquina’s rented room was wide open and bore no signs of forcible entry.
The police also found two unopened sachets containing a still undetermined substance, a lighter and tin foil were found on a table inside the room.
