Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II has added three more names in the immigration lookout bulletin order (ILBO) for their alleged links to the illegal drug trade in the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City.

In an ILBO issued Monday, Aguirre directed Bureau of Immigration (BI) Commissioner Jaime Morente to instruct all BI personnel to be on the lookout for Mark Noemin Adricula, Warren Cristobal and Jose Adrian Dera.

“On the request of the National Bureau of Investigation which said they are allegedly involved in the proliferation and trade of illegal drugs inside the NBP and other areas… We thus deem the issuance of an ILBO against the subject persons prudent in order to at least monitor the itineraries of their flight, travel and/or whereabouts,” said a memorandum issued by Aguirre to Morente.

Aguirre also instructed Morente to coordinate with the National Bureau of Investigation to obtain additional information about the known aliases, date of birth, place of birth and copies of their respective passports.

Cristobal was previously identified by no less than President Rodrigo Duterte as the new lover of De Lima after Dayan while Dera is allegedly a nephew and security aide of De Lima who played a role in a supposed abduction of the niece of high-profile NBP inmate Peter Co.

Earlier, Aguirre also issued an ILBO against Senator Leila De Lima, her former driver and alleged lover Ronnie Palisoc Dayan, former Justice Undersecretary Francisco Baraan III, former Bureau of Corrections chief Franklin Bucayu, former Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission Executive Director Reginald Villasanta and De Lima’s former security escort, Joenel Sanchez.
