Bade said Gariando was about to visit her live-in partner, Rolando Ramento, who was detained at the Custodial Facility for a drug-related case, when the duty officer conducted a search on Roseamar’s personal belongings.

During the search, the duty officer discovered a small heat-sealed transparent sachet containing suspected shabu. It was hidden inside a blue short pants which was to be delivered to Ramento.

The suspected drugs have been turned over to the Regional Crime Laboratory Office for qualitative and quantitative analysis. CBB/rga
