Jaybee Sebastian, 2 other NBP ‘drug lords’ to appear in House

The three high profile inmates who figured in the riot inside Building 14 will testify in the continuation of the House Committee on Justice’s inquiry regarding the proliferation of illegal drugs inside prison.

Aside from Jaybee Sebastian, to appear in Congress Monday are Peter Co and Vicente Sy.

The three were hurt in the riot two weeks ago inside Building 14, the detention facility for high profile inmates.

Co and Sy were identified by another witness and fellow inmate Nonilo Arile as among the top drug lords who manage to continue with their transactions despite incarceration.

On the other hand, Arile said Sebastian was the most influential inmate apart from Herbert “Ampang” Colanggo. CBB
