Ten drug suspects have so far been killed in Pasay City since the start of the month although only one of them died at the hands of the police.

Vimar Espiritu, 31, a member of the Sigue-Sigue Sputnik Gang, was sleeping with his partner past midnight of Oct. 1 when unidentified men shot him repeatedly inside his house in St. Peter Talipapa, Barangay 179, Zone 19.

Three days later, a drug suspect identified only as “Norpip” was killed after he allegedly resisted arrest following a buy-bust operation while his companion, an alias “Chocho,” fled on a motorcycle.
