Former sexy star Rosanna Roces was a constant visitor of Chinese drug lord Vicente Sy, former cop and inmate Nonilo Arile told members of the House of Representatives on Thursday.
In his testimony, he said aside from Roces, there are other sexy stars and starlets who were constant visitors of high-profile inmates Jaybee Sebastian and Herbert “Ampang” Colanggo.
Arile said both Sebastian and Colanggo are multi-millionaires.
He said this is the reason prison officials and guards turn a blind eye if the two have visitors or “deliveries.” RAM
