Police said Cabrera’s name was on the Quezon police’s list of “high-value” targets in the illegal drug trade.

In a follow-up operation, policemen, armed with a search warrant, raided the house of Cabrera in the same village.

The search yielded a plastic sachet of shabu worth P1,100, police said.  SFM
