Bomb threat at LTFRB

For more than an hour, operations at the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board’s main office in Quezon City were halted after an employee received a bomb threat at noon on Friday.

Kamuning police station head Supt. Pedro Sanchez said a caller told the employee that a bomb was planted in the building’s restroom and would explode in 20 minutes.

Sanchez said the building was immediately evacuated while a thorough search was conducted.

The threat turned out to be a hoax.
