Alleged victim of summary execution found in Subic

SUBIC, Zambales—The body of an unidentified man, bearing signs he may have been summarily executed, was found here along the Govic Road in Barangay (village) Calapacuan at 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday.
The victim sustained three gunshot wounds in the head and chest, said Chief Insp. Leonardo Madrid, commander of Subic police station.
Police said the victim was hogtied and his face was wrapped in plastic. He was wearing a white shirt and a pair of black shorts.
A placard, which was found placed on top of the victim’s body, read, “Adik at pusher ng shabu…wag tularan (Drug addict and an illegal drug pusher, don’t emulate).” RAM
