ZAMBOANGA CITY – Authorities arrested three suspected bombers near the reservoir of the Zamboanga City Water District in Barangay Pasonanca here around 2:30 a.m. Friday, police reported.
About two hours later, an explosion took place near a military detachment in Barangay Sangali but no one was reported injured.
It was not immediately known if the two incidents were related. CDG/rga
