The Philippine National Police now has the name of the culprit behind the deadly explosion in Davao City that took the lives of 14 individuals and injured 71 others last Sept. 2.
“We already know his true identity but cannot divulge his name yet while our manhunt operation is ongoing,” PNP chief Dir. Gen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa told reporters in an interview at the Batangas Port on Thursday.
Dela Rosa said the suspect is a member of a terrorist group but he declined to reveal the man’s affiliation as it would affect the investigation.
