DAVAO CITY, Philippines – Mayor Sara Duterte-Carpio, who is pregnant with triplets, has reportedly lost two of the three fetuses.
A source at City Hall said only one heartbeat, instead of three, was being detected.
The source said the mayor learned about this on Monday after visiting the wake of 27-year-old nurse Kristia Bisnon, Duterte’s private nurse when she was hospitalized in July.
Bisnon was killed in the Roxas Night Market bombing last Sept. 2.
The mayor also attended her first flag-raising ceremony at City Hall on Monday./rga
