PRESIDENT Rodrigo Duterte on Wednesday said the “immorality” of Sen. Leila de Lima led her to “commit several serious violations of the law.”
Speaking at the Rizal Hall in Camp Geronimo Cabrera in Taytay, Rizal, Duterte launched fresh tirades against de Lima, accusing her of “posturing herself to be a crusader for good government.”
“Dalaga siya e, but her sex escapades led her to commit several serious violations of the law,” he said.
Duterte earlier said he will release a drug “matrix” showing that De Lima’s alleged links to drug lords at New Bilibid Prison (NBP).
“What is really sad for this country…here is a woman, posturing herself to be a crusader for good government but because hindi niya mapigilan ang immorality niya…,” he said.
The President has earlier said that de Lima had a romantic relationship with her former driver, who allegedly became her bagman for the drug money.
He said the neophyte senator was mad at him because he has uncovered her involvement in illegal drugs as well as his romantic relationship with her former driver.
“Si De Lima galit, kasi nahuli ko siya. Lumabas na lahat pati yung kalokohan niya sa kama. Lahat,” he said.
Duterte also minced no words and said the senator’s alleged sex video was true, citing an alleged screengrab photo of de Lima with a guy.
“Hindi Photoshopped yan, sinadya talaga ng lalake yan at pumayag yan,” he said.
New boyfriend
During his speech, Duterte dropped another bombshell and named de Lima’s new lover.
“Ngayon may bago siya, the first name is Warren,” he said.
Warren, he said, was an employee of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
“Ang trabaho ni Warren, walang apelyido, ay nagmo-motor ahead, yung hagad na escort niya. MMDA,” he said.
The 71-year old chief executive said he got the information from former MMDA chairman Francis Tolentino.
Duterte, however, said Warren had no involvement in illegal drugs.
He said he would reveal on Thursday the drug matrix where de Lima was involved.
