Palace declares Nov. 7 a holiday

Another long weekend is coming up after All Saint’s Day as President Aquino declared Nov. 7 a regular holiday in commemoration of the Muslim observance of Eidul Adha, or Feast of the Sacrifice.

Proclamation No. 276 said Republic Act No. 9849 provides that Eidul Adha be celebrated as a regular holiday, Eidul Adha being one of the two greatest feasts of Islam.
