CITY OF MALOLOS — The decomposing body of an unidentified woman was found floating in flood waters at an island village in Obando town on Tuesday, a belated police report said.

The woman, in her 30s, was wearing a white t-shirt and a pair of maong pants, when residents saw her remains in Barangay (village) Binuangan, the police said.

The body’s features were bloated beyond recognition, and the decomposition prevented the police from determining if the woman had been the victim of foul play.

The body was brought to a local funeral parlor.  SFM
