DIGOS CITY, Davao del Sur – Jailed Davao del Sur Governor Douglas Cagas has been granted temporary liberty after he posted bail on Wednesday morning.

Cagas was jailed while facing murder charges in connection with the killing of journalist Nestor Bedolido in June 2010.
