SAN FERNANDO CITY, La Union — A suspected leader of a group reportedly engaged in drug trafficking was shot and killed on Tuesday, when he resisted arrest by policemen and agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) in Cabugao, Ilocos Sur.
Roger Cinco was killed when he and his companions stopped the lawmen from serving the arrest warrant and shot it out with them in Barangay Pug-os in Cabugao, said Bismarck Bengwayan, PDEA spokesperson.
