Bulacan cop found dead with shabu in pockets

CITY OF MALOLOS, Bulacan — The remains of PO3 Michael Lee Manalad was discovered on Thursday dawn on a grassy knoll in the City of Meycauayan.

The body was strapped with the sign, “Pulis na pusher ‘wag tularan (Policeman who is a pusher, Do not emulate).”

Manalad was still in uniform, when residents found him dead from a gunshot wound in Ubihan village at 12:47 a.m., the Bulacan Police Office said. His pockets contained sachets of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride).
