Makati dentist shot dead by robbers in clinic

MANILA — A dentist was shot dead by robbers who broke into a dental clinic in Makati City Wednesday afternoon.

SPO2 Rico Caramat of the Makati police identified the victim as Raquel Magsalin, 38, resident of Taguig City.

Two assailants entered the dental clinic located at 9547 Kalayaan Avenue, Barangay Guadalupe Nuevo, about 2 p.m.

The robbers tied the dental aide before grabbing Magsalin’s bag.

One of the muggers apparently shot Magsalin in the head after she put up a struggle.

The attackers fled on a motorcycle toward C5 Road going to Taguig City.

Investigation is ongoing to identify the assailants.  SFM
