AS IT HAPPENS: VP Leni Robredo Inauguration

Former Camarines Sur Rep. Leni Robredo will take her oath as the 14th Vice President of the Philippines today, June 30, at the Quezon City Reception House.

The program will start at 9 a.m. with a flag-raising led by sectoral representatives and an ecumenical service.

The oath-taking will be administered by village chiefs Ronaldo Coner of Brgy. Punta Tarawal, Calabangga, Camarines Sur and Regina Celeste of San Miguel, Brgy. Mariana, Quezon City.

Later in the afternoon, Robredo will attend a gathering of her supporters at the Quezon Memorial Circle.
