The National Anti-Poverty Commission was created by Republic Act No. 8425 or the Social Reform and Poverty Alleviation Act which took effect June 30, 1998. Its office is located at the Agricultural Training Institute on Elliptical Road, Quezon City. Marielle Medina, Inquirer Research
