WATCH: Outsized alligator spotted lumbering at US golf club
It was like a spine-tingling scene from Stephen Spielberg’s film “Jurassic Park.”
A monstrous, 15-foot alligator was spotted trudging across a golf course at Buffalo Creek Golf Club in Palmetto, Florida, USA.
The gator was incredibly huge that even the person who filmed the snobbish reptile could not believe his eyes.
“I didn’t know if we were being punked or something. It was just laying down, resting, when it got up and started moving towards the big lake,” golfer Charles Helms told ABC News affiliate WFTS.
However, alligators are not a hazardous threat to golfers and visitors in the area. In an interview with Golf.com, Helms explained that the creature could only stroll about 100 feet at a time before it would pause and rest its body.
