Kalibo mayor William Lachica reelected

ILOILO CITY, Philippines—Mayor William Lachica of the capital town of Kalibo, Aklan was reelected to his post with 21,261 votes.

Lachica of the Nationalist People’s Coalition defeated former mayor Raymar Rebaldo of the Liberal Party, who got 15,261 votes.

Kalibo, a first class municipality (annual income of at least P55 million), has 46,375 registered voters (2010). RAM/rga
