Duterte: Poe has conceded

DAVAO CITY – Leading presidential candidate Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte on Monday night said Sen. Grace Poe has called him to concede.
In their telephone conversation, Duterte said Poe also congratulated him.

As of posting time, Duterte is leading the presidential race based on the unofficial and partial count.
