CEBU CITY, Philippines — Voting was suspended in Precincts 74a, 74b, 76a and 7b in Gabi Elementary School, Cordova town in Cebu after election personnel found that the official ballots were intended for Jolomaynon, Dalaguete instead.

“The label on the box containing the ballots sent here is correct but when we opened it, the ballots were meant for Dalaguete,” Gabi Elementary School principal and election supervisor staff Era Mabras said on Monday.

She said the ballots were placed inside one box.

“We did not bother counting how many ballots there are inside. Six voters were already in the process of voting when we discovered it,” Mabras said.
