The final Social Weather Station pre-election survey saw close contenders in the vice presidential race, Senator Bongbong Marcos and Liberal party candidate Leni Robredo, statistically tied.

Marcos got 29 percent while Robredo got 28 percent in the survey conducted from May 1 to May 3.

The results published on BusinessWorld website late Thursday said Senator Francis Escudero has 15 percent of the voters’ preference pie and coming in closer is Senator Alan Peter Cayetano with 13 percent.

Senators Gringo Honasan and Antonio Trillanes IV each got three percent.

The survey was conducted through face-to-face interviews with 4,500 validated voters nationwide with a sampling error margin of ± 1 point. TVJ
