Illegal drugs worth P300K seized in north Cebu town
CEBU CITY, Philippines—At least P300,000 worth of suspected illegal drugs were seized from an alleged drug pusher and his common-law partner in a buy-bust operation in Pedro Compound, Purok (sub-village) Gumamela in Barangay (village) Gairan, Bogo City in northern Cebu last Tuesday evening.
Police identified the suspects as 40-year-old Rolando Mananita and 25-year-old Armelin Toledo.

Senior Insp. Ruel Burlat, team leader of the Regional Special Operations Group (RSOG) said a police pseudo buyer bought P500 worth of suspected drugs from the suspects.
Recovered from the suspects were four medium and 68 small packs of illegal drugs weighing 25 grams and worth P300,000 as well as drug paraphernalia.
The two suspects are detained at the Bogo City police headquarters pending the filing of charges against them. RAM
