LEGAZPI CITY, Albay — A grenade lobbed by two men riding a motorcycle exploded at the back of a pickup truck parked outside the Pili Sports complex in Pili town in Camarines Sur province on Wednesday afternoon, a report reaching the Bicol regional police office here said.

Myrna Reyes, 36, a resident of Barangay (village) San Felipe in Naga City, the driver of the vehicle, was unhurt in the blast at 4:15 p.m., said Senior Insp. Maria Luisa Calubaquib, the Bicol police spokesperson.

Calubaquib, quoting a police report, said Reyes was on the driver’s seat during the explosion that damaged her Ford Ranger pickup.  SFM
