Curb crime in 6 months? That’s a ‘complete illusion’ – de Lima
“A COMPLETE illusion.”
That was how former Justice Secretary and senatorial candidate Leila de Lima described the promise of Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte’s to stop crime within the first six months if elected into office.

De Lima said Duterte’s strategy to address crime was “impossible.”
She said the capacity of our law enforcers should be improved.
“Kailangang i-improve yung kapasidad ng ating mga law enforcement agencies,” she said.
