Thieves took P300,000 in cash and belongings from a Quezon City Hall office, Radyo Inquirer 990AM reported on Tuesday morning.
The report said the robbers, who supposedly entered the health department office through an unlocked door, were able to steal prepaid load cards, sunglasses and other belongings amounting to more than P70,000.
The Quezon City Police Department’s Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit said initial reports showed that the office door was left open on Friday afternoon. It was also the ninth time that the health department had been robbed.
According to the report, the victims returned to the office and discovered that their drawers were open and their personal belongings searched. Gwen Stephanie Calabucal, INQUIRER.net trainee/RAM
