TODAY, April 18, is the 98th birth anniversary of former Chief Justice Claudio Teehankee. Born in Manila, he graduated summa cum laude from Ateneo de Manila University and topped the bar exams in 1940. Teehankee was appointed Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in 1986.
