Grace Poe: Mar Roxas just confirmed there are bad eggs in Cabinet

Presidential candidate Grace Poe said there are bad eggs in the Aquino Cabinet and no less than Liberal Party standard-bearer Mar Roxas proved her right.

During a campaign sortie in Pampanga on Thursday, Poe said she was correct in declaring that the government has to weed out some of President Aquino’s secretaries after Roxas declared that while he would continue the “daang matuwid (straight path)” reform program, he would revamp the current Cabinet if elected President.

In a speech before members of the Makati Business Club on Wednesday, Roxas said, “I expect a clean slate as we begin in 2016.”

“Yes, I think I’m right on that aspect. Probably because he (Roxas) was endorsed [by the President], he wasn’t saying what should have been done before,” said Poe.

Previously, Poe said she would retain some of the President’s “good men.”
