BASCO, Batanes — Batanes policemen arrested a woman on Wednesday for possessing P3.6 million worth of suspected shabu (methamphetamine hydrochloride).
Leona Patimo was arrested by the police and agents of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency, while she was carrying the drugs at 4:19 p.m.
Patimo, a resident of Barangay (village) San Joaquin, had been under surveillance.
A total of 1,200 grams of suspected shabu were seized from Patimo, who is now under the custody of the Basco police. SFM
