Arroyo is facing three counts of tax evasion before the CTA.
Arroyo filed a demurrer to evidence after the prosecution has rested its case.
The demurrer sought the dismissal of the cases against him saying the prosecution failed to present enough evidence to warrant his prosecution for tax evasion.
