The Supreme Court has granted the hospital leave request of former President and now Pampanga representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo to celebrate her birthday at home.
But instead of granting her initial request of five days, the high court only gave her three days from April 4 to April 6.

Arroyo is set to turn 69 on April 5. She is currently under hospital arrest at the Veterans Memorial Medical Center. IDL
