Grace Poe campaigns in Liberal Party bailiwick

STA. BARBARA, Iloilo, Philippines — Sen. Grace Poe is visiting Iloilo, touted to be a bailiwick of the ruling Liberal Party, fresh from a Supreme Court ruling upholding her candidacy for president.

Poe is scheduled to attend on Monday the graduation of daycare students at the Sta. Barbara gymnasium followed by a multisectoral forum at the municipal public market.

Sta. Barbara town is located about 15 kilometers from Iloilo City.

While in town, Poe is also scheduled to attend a forum at the Zarraga public market and make stopovers at the Leganes and Pavia municipal public markets.

In the afternoon, she will speak in a forum at the Iloilo City campus of the University of the Philippines Visayas.
