Murder charges were filed on Friday against the live-in partner of hotel assistant manager Edgel Joy Durolfo and three others for her death.

The charges were filed at 11 a.m. at the Parañaque Prosecutors Office against Rodney Ynchausti, Josiebelle Uy, Molo Hwang and Paulo Egoc.

The filing took place after the autopsy on the 26-year-old assistant manager at Solaire Resort and Casino in Barangay Tambo revealed the cause of her death last week was asphyxia by manual strangulation.

The findings by the Southern Police District Scene of the Crime Operatives were consistent with the cause of death listed on the death certificate issued by the San Juan de Dios Hospital in Pasay where Durolfo was pronounced dead.
