3 killed, 1 wounded in North Cotabato shooting

KIDAPAWAN CITY — Three people were killed while another was wounded when shot by unidentified suspects in Matalam, North Cotabato on Monday noon, police official said.

 
Superintendent Bernard Tayong, spokesperson of the Cotabato Police Provincial Office, said three suspects blocked the victims’ motorcycle and shot them.

 
Tayong said the suspects took one of the victims’ bag, thinking that it contained the P50,000 cash.

 
The money, a payment for the redemption of a pawned lot, was in one of the victims’ pocket.
