United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) standard bearer Vice President Jejomar Binay vowed that he will implement the Makati “yellow card” program nationwide should he become the country’s next president.

In his campaign sortie in Manila on Sunday, Binay said that under his presidency, Filipinos will expect free maternal, child, and elderly care, free outpatient consultations and medicines, and government subsidized hospitalization—the benefits first enjoyed by Makati City residents under his term as mayor.
