Binay hits gov’t underspending in presidential debate last words
CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, Philippines — Vice President Jejomar Binay on Sunday concluded his part in the presidential debates here by hitting the government’s underspending of funds which could have gone to social services.
In his 60-second closing statement, Binay said underspending delayed the government’s delivery of social services.
Binay also boasted of his experience in giving compassion to the poor through social services.
JE
